Itus Global is pleased to announce the successful completion of a major project, finalized last month. This project features the construction of an acoustical high wind load and seismic-resistant enclosure, complemented by a double-walled UL-142 Certified Fuel Tank Base with a 6,100-gallon usable capacity for a 2MW Caterpillar 3516C backup generator.

The project scope encompassed the following components:

• Installation and integration of the CAT genset with its vibration isolators
• Implementation of a battery backup system and emergency stops (E-Stops)
• Design and installation of an exhaust system
• Engineering of the electrical distribution system for heaters, switches, receptacles and LED lights
• Final connection to all electrical components within the enclosure
